- ✕ Not a design festival. Clean, functional UI design (Tailwind + shadcn). High-end design available on request with a designer.
- ✕ Not a 6-month roadmap. After the MVP, you decide fresh.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if the MVP is done and I want to keep developing?
Three options: (1) your team takes over — code handover is part of the package. (2) I stay on as FDE on retainer. (3) I hand off to another team with a detailed walk-through.
I don't have a tech team yet. Does this still work?
Yes — but we should discuss the handover aspect honestly. Without a tech team, you're either in an ongoing retainer with me after the MVP, or you'll need an internal setup afterward.
Can we share the risk — revenue share instead of fixed price?
In exceptional cases, yes. Prerequisites: concrete market model, transparent metrics, confidential agreement. For 80% of cases, fixed price is the fairer model for both parties.
Which industries won't you work in?
Gambling, adult content, weapons, politically toxic domains. Otherwise: largely open, from B2B SaaS to industrial to public sector.
