How I work
My workshop is not a PowerPoint marathon. Maximum 30% my input, 70% structured work at the whiteboard and on laptops.
Tools: Miro or Mural, Microsoft Teams for async, Notion or Confluence for documentation, sometimes Cursor or Claude Code live for a mini demo.
